How To Right-Click

When you’re browsing the internet, and clicking links, you would normally click the left button on your mouse with your index finger.

Left-clicking helps you move from one page to another. This is not how to download files online.

To download file, you need to move your index finger to the right button on your mouse.

The picture on the left shows where to click on your mouse. (Pink arrow)  If you have never downloaded anything before on the internet, don’t worry:  it’s really simple.  You can watch the Metabolism Secrets Download Video to see how it’s done!

How To Save The Files

When you right-click, you’ll be given a few options, including “Save Link As”.

Click the “Save Link As” option, then make sure you save it in a place on your computer’s hard drive you can remember, such as the Desktop or My Documents.

It is important to save the files in a special place in your hard drive, so that you don’t have problems with finding them later. But, if you lose the files, you can always go back to the download page to download them again!

Finding The Downloaded Files

Some people download the ebooks and can’t find them. If you click the Start button on your computer then select the Search option, you can search for metabolismsecrets.pdf

If you’ve downloaded the ebooks, but can’t open them, you probably don’t have Adobe Acrobat installed. Adobe Acrobat is a free program produced to allow you to read electronic books in pdf format. You can download adobe acrobat here.

Don’t forget to install acrobat too - you do this by double-clicking the file you downloaded then following the instructions.
